5 oz globe snifter sample poured at the brewery taproom (visited 29-May-17). Cloudy, pale golden yellow with a sudsy white foam head. Nice spicy nose: lemongrass, yoghurt, yeasty bread and peppercorns. Lemon curd and more yeasty bread following the taste. Light feel and lively effervescence. Terrific - so complex, but very refreshing and drinkable.
