10oz snifter at the brewery.

A: Powdery lemon with a cap of soft, dense, white, film. Lasting fuzzy collar, tons of thick streaky lace.
S: Musty and earthy nose with woody notes and a soft floral quality. There's almost a savory note. Very woody and complex. No bitterness. Slight melon or root note.
T: Very unique earthy woody flavor with a kiss of stone fruit. Super unique tasting. Tons of cedar and musty, woody spice. Flickering kiss of sweet flowers and stone fruit. Kiss of lemon in the finish. Doughy brett hints, and just a kiss of crackery grain in the aftertaste.
M: Medium body with very frothy and ample soft carbonation that froths up on my palate. Super fluffy and creamy. Very mild suggestion of acidity that is more of a flavor that adds complexity than it is a mouthfeel aspect. Hint of apple in the aftertaste.
O: Super unique, I don't think I've had another beer like it. Noble hops mixed with creamy Brett create very complex and interesting flavors. Delicate but very delicious and drinkable. Not an in-your-face flavored beer so don't expect it.
