A: Clear light straw color with a long lasting cap of delicate, soft white foam. Great head held retention and left rings of wispy lace down the glass.
S: Bright and crisp nose with notes of minerals, clean cracked grains, doughy yeast, and subtle citrus.
T: Deep creamy yeast character full of doughy and creamy Brett notes, subtle kiss of citrus pith, and soft stone fruit. There's just a hint of candy-like sweetness, like chalky Pez. I get some lingering grainy flavors, but overall the flavors taste mostly yeast driven. The tartness is low and slightly apple skin-like.
M: Creamy well-rounded mouthfeel with soft and smooth body and fluffy chewy carb. The tartness is very toned down and mixes well with the wet saison flavors. From the nose, I was expecting a much dryer beer, but this is pleasantly surprising medium-full creamy saison.
O: Great yeast driven flavors and a surprisingly nice creamy mouthfeel thicker than most of their other saisons.
