A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a light straw yellow beer which is topped by a finger and a half of slightly fluffy white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of tropical fruits, slight tartness, some nice earthy notes, and some hints of oak
T: Taste is tropical fruits and stone fruits with some peach notes, hints of tartness, touch of sour peach, nice slight earthiness with a touch of oak. On the swallow there's more stone fruits and peaches with more oak, and a hint of honey.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of things and teeters on feeling watery. Carbonation is slightly effervescent while the beer has a drying finish which is expected for the style.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer. Solid complexity and great flavors which are well balanced. I'd like to see them make this one again.
