This blend of barrel-aged golden sour beers was fermented with a mixed culture and refermented with fresh raspberries. Overwhelmingly expressive of fresh raspberry character, this sour smells like the raspberry bush, is puckering at first and has a jammy finish.

A: Poured into a tulip glass to a nice reddish orange beer which is topped by a finger of off white color head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of tons of fresh raspberries with some nice sourness along with a touch of oak
T: Taste is juicy raspberries up front with some building sourness, a touch of oak, and some light funk. On the finish there's more raspberries, sourness, oak, and slight funk but the raspberries are the star of the show on this one.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium with effervescent carbonation while the acidity ensures that this beer has a drying finish
O: Overall this beer is awesome. Really nice fresh raspberry flavors with just enough going on from the base beer to keep things interesting.
