A: Poured into a tulip glass to a golden yellow beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of sourness with notes of peaches and nectarines with the faintest hints of oak
T: Taste is bright sourness up front followed by some juicy peach and nectarine flavors with some slight hints of oak and just a touch of light funk. On the finish there's more sourness with peaches and nectarines with some slight lingering drying oak.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is effervescent and adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really great fruited sour beer. Good flavors and complexity with some bold fruit flavors without being overly acidic. Well done.

A nice sour that isnt overly sour, which is surprisingly hard to find. This beer has just the right amount of acidity, balanced with the sweetness of the peaches and nectarines. Not too heavy nor boozy. Crisp, light refreshing.

golden sour with peaches and nectarines, and its dynamite, one of their best beers i have had in years, the beer is fresh, and as such, so much less sour than all the aged ones seem to be, i could easily drink a whole bottle of this, not too much acidity for that, but its still nice and tart and mouthwatering, mature and wild too, and the fruit is so real, this is just insane, next level stuff, generously shared with me by my beeriest friend here, this is great stuff! super light in color, straw toned, with just a soft hazy about it and a tall rising white head from the bottle. aroma is sliced peaches at the peak of ripeness, the tangy skins of the nectarines, and new oak and white wine as well. subtle kiwi and lemongrass suggestions here, the stone fruit as ripe and juicy as it gets, honest too, and no more sweet than it needs to be in order to be its full self in here. i can almost taste and feel the fuzz on the outside of the peach, but its delicate too, as obvious as it is, so hard to do, this is crazy well refined. less brett than some, but woody and funky still, just a bit more bacterial than anything else, well aged, and really all about the fruit, with a super light grain base. fast finishing, approaching effervescent, and just really phenomenal. the fruit is as good as i have known it in just about any beer. truly world class. loving the newest of the rare barrel stuff!
