A: Poured into a tulip glass to a hazy golden orange beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of faded hops, light citrus sourness, a little oak, a hint of peppery spice, and a little oak
T: Taste is funky up front along with some sour citrus notes, a little peppery spice, along with a little oak. On the finish there's more faded hops, a little more sour citrus, and some lingering dry oak.
M: This beer has a light body but it is not quite watery. Carbonation is effervescent and adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a nice beer. It has some nice flavors and a decent amount of complexity. It's also held up well to time since this was bottled in 2020.
