A: Poured into a tulip glass to a golden beer which is slightly hazy. The beer is topped by a dense finger of white head which fadles slowly and retains quite well with decent lacing.
S: Smells of sourness with some delicious stone fruits and tropical fruits.
T: Taste is apricots and peaches with hints of pineapple, grape, and sour cherries. Good tartness thoughout with some dry cracker like malt. On the finish there's a nice blast of sourness before another round of fruit.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of things. Carbonation is slightly effervescent and adequate for the style while the acidity ensures this beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall a very well done beer that delivers in everything they say it will.
