A traditional farmhouse style saison.
Warm fermented to give all the classic aromas you'd expect to find in a saison, with notes of cloves, foam banana and phenols, we then dry hopped this beer with a big charge of marynka and sterling leaf hops to bring delicate floral and lemon notes, as well as dried apricots. This beer is very dry, making for a pleasingly easy drinking, thirst quenching beer that’s brilliant with food such as rich meats, fish or salads & deals with spicy heat superbly.
VISUAL: Hazy straw colour with a tight white foam
AROMA: Phenols, Foam bananas, Dried apricots and spicy clove notes
TASTE: Spicy cloves, banana and straw
MOUTHFEEL: Medium bodied.
