Brewery calls this a "dry hopped Saison" that is brewed with a hop called Experimental ADHA 527. It has an intriguing funky and fruiy aroma. Stunning rich flavors and sophisticated balance of malt, tartness, and bitter. Moderately sweet with a zingy acidity. the dry finish and clouds of aromatics make this a complex delight.
Each sip starts with that sweet apricot taste. The canned peaches flavor even is rather nice, especially with the hoppy tang. this is among the most interesting of fruit flavors in a brew that I've ever had. But it's crazy that there are no fruit additives. My favorite brew of 2015 so far. On tap at Ecliptic's restaurant in northeast Portland. [From notes at May 14, 2015 tasting]

I had this in a pint at the brewery. The bartender gave this a pretty vigorous pour and combed off the top of the head, leaving about a 1/2" of just-off-white on the top. The beer is filtered clear with a light yellow/honey color.
The smell is pretty unusual on this one: mild spice (cardamom?) lemon citrus, and candy -- kind of like opening a package of smarties. There's definitely a big, upfront sweetness.
It has a big flavor for a saison. According to the menu description it's using an 'experimental' hops. Reminds me a bit of an English hops like Fuggles. There's some honey in the flavor and the candy quality comes through as well. It's actually a bit cloying. There's only a very mild bitterness and it finishes clean.
Good, active carbonation. It's a 'lively' beer.
Overall, pretty interesting though I find the cloying quality to be overwhelming by the end of the pint.
