16 oz bottle gifted by a friend.
Pours a very cloudy pale straw yellow with a fluffy, foamy 2 finger white head that settles quickly to a pillowed look with nice retention.
Aroma is slightly sour, lemon with rye grain, fairly strong.
Taste is mildly sour up front with bright lemon citrus notes. There is a solid rye background that imparts a more bitter taste than hops alone provide - this is well balanced though.
Feel is smooth and creamy on the tongue.
I am not really a sour beer fan but this is obviously a high quality beer. The cloudy look and smooth feel add much to the sour rye variety here, and of course the lemony hops are very well balanced with the rest. Great job!

500 ml glass poured into a becker.
Appearance: Very cloudy straw/yellow with a big whipped white head. Cool looking beer. Glows when held to the light.
Aroma: Rye, pepper, a little barnyard, lemon.
Taste: Follows the nose, with a persistent sour feel. Really tasty. Rye is dominant.
Mouthfeel: Easy on the palate for a sour, funky beer.
Overall: Great stuff. Flavorful and satisfying, with nice complexity. Refreshing, too.
