Very pale color--it barely reaches straw. Clear. Continuous upward bubbles indicating a high level of carbonation. Modest head and no lacing.
Lots of Belgian yeast up front to the nose. Light smoke in the background. There's a bit of distracting band-aid odor as well.
Very light beginning of the palest of malts. The swallow draws out the smoke, but there's also a strong sourness in the aftertaste. The body is slightly fuller than the look indicates. Highly carbonated. It checks the smoky box and the sour touch is mild enough to create a unique offering.
