Appearance: Lightly hazed, with a creamy yellow hue to it. Small-sized, white head.
Smell: Mango Grenade is lactic-scented with mostly a split of tart lemon and a tangy mango slices.
Taste: Pulling the pin, there's an initial lactic tartness with a ripe, juicy mango taste, lemony quality and a light, fast, fleeting sweetness. As with the nose, I'm not picking up too terribly much from the purported pomegranate addition. A little perceived salty element with the tropical fruitiness and restrained tartness carrying you through the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: It's good, it's refreshing. My favorite of the Coppertail beers I've tried during my time in Tampa.
