Sour, leaves a citrus zest flavor on the finish. Good nose, smells like it tastes.

The base berliner which they use for their fruit treatments. And a very solid base it is; clean lacto aroma, lemon / yuzu, a hint of yogurt and some slightly chewy wheat to give it presence. Word is it will show up in 6 packs.
