Enjoyed on-tap at Gnarly Barley in Orlando for their 4th anniversary party. Captain Jacks is big and boozy with a lot of character from the barrel. Overall, good brew but a little one dimensional with the heat from the alcohol.

black as night, super thick brown head. smell is heavy armagnac, light ocean water smell, chocolate, fudge, coffee. taste is like chewing on a giant piece of fresh fudge with a big bright barrel presence. one of the best stouts ive had that isnt cycle.
