This is not the worst beer I've ever had but it is very close (the worst is Coppertail Bomp!). This beer tastes a little like a mix of cucumber/candy/ass . It tastes bitter and sharp.

Palate Contaminants: none
Really pale and clear. Virtually no head.
Smell is sweet and sour corn. Nothing bad, but kinda boring.
Straight away, the taste is cucumber. Slight astringency. Light corn grain. Lawn. A little too heavy to be refreshing, but not bad overall. It might go well with Greek food.
Moderate-coarse carbonation, but it's not prickly. Aftertaste is that slightly sour yogurt with cucumber.

Pours a clear really light pale yellow color with a thumb sized white head that disperses quickly no lace.
Aroma is different light wheat, bready malt, cucumber would best explain it. that is about all there is to it.
Taste is lightly tart cucumber, lightly acidic kind of bready like finish.
Mouthfeel is very light lightly peppy so true to style I guess.
Overall eh not overly impressed, think this is only the second beer I have had in this style. Guess I am just not feeling it definite cucumber but that is about it. This was recommended to me but wouldn't recommend it to others. Just not as tart as I was expecting or not as tart as the Blackberry Berliner Weissbier I have had.

One of the most unique brews I have had, at least in quite some time...
Though this beer pours practically zero head and has no lacing, it is visually stunning. Right from the get-go the pour is unique with it's light-amberish color leaving a crystal clear yellow to ocher colored liquid in the glass. The carbonation very light and easily distinguished - it was a marvel to behold. The smell was strong on the advertised cucumber with a distant wheaty tang on the nose. The mouthfeel was light without being watery - very clean, very crisp and the taste was a tangy mix of cucumber and sour notes. It all works - and I'm not much into sours. The biggest plus is that it's less than 4% ABV, so this can be sessioned the heck out-of...and then some. Indeed, this is most certainly a very distinctive brew from the "other" brewery in Tampa, FL.

a unique berliner type here, brewed with cucumber and really really light in both color and grain character, but also incredibly sour as they go. i enjoyed several pulls off of the draft pour we shared around, but i wouldnt want a whole lot more than that due to the acidity and sort of perfumy nature of the cucumber, which is kind of overdone here, waxy and not all the way natural tasting to me, but still adding a lot of refreshment value here, like hotel lobby water with cucumber slices. it looks almost more like white wine than beer in the glass, although it does hold a nice head. great clarity for the style and lots of bubbles. i get elderflower sort of delicate botanical bitterness, i also get fresh zested lemons in the very clean lacto profile here, and so stinging acidity. there is also a candy-like aspect we all pick up on, not because its sweet, but because it has the flavor of actual candy, maybe green jolly rancher, an artificial and perhaps overly concentrated flavoring element, which is the cucumber, its not unpleasant but it sure is weird. this ends up being a rather unique sour ale in a market where we didnt discover many of those, so it was an appreciated drinking experience, but it was definitely my least favorite of the handful of beers i had from coppertail on our florida trip...

Pours out a very clear yellow with a white head that goes away quickly. Can tell that this is going to be sour by the smell. There are no hints of anything, this thing tastes like you are drinking a cucumber!
