Poured a cloudy yellow-gold body with minimal foam head that sticks around a little. Aroma is floral, almost dirty and earthy with light citric notes. Beer is light bodied and easy to drink; a touch of juiciness with sweetness underneath a dry, herbal hoppiness and then dry finish.

Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into an El Catador Barrel-Aged glass.
A: Nice gold, and mostly clear aside from a mild chill haze. A good rush of carbonation at first, though it diminishes to bubbles wandering up the sides. A half-finger of white head fades to a ring of foam.
S: Dank and melon hops. Grassy and less citrus, resin and less floral. Clean cracker malt body, in the West Coast style. Rather not what I was expecting with the Mandarina Bavaria hop listed, but nice enough for sure.
T: Dank and melon again up front, but fades into juicy tangerine and lemon and orange and ruby red grapefruit citrus. Light clean cracker malts. Milder tropical fruit hops before fading into more citrus bitterness in the hang.
M: A medium body for a “West Coast” IPA. Average carbonation sensation, and the alcohol is well-integrated into the other flavors.
O: I really dig this one – this would be a definite grab anywhere I saw it around on tap. Easy clean drinker, nice fruity hops but different enough from a “standard” hop profile to keep things interesting. Recommended.
