On tap at Coppertail in Tampa. Pours a lovely golden. Lots of lacing. You can taste the Pilsner in this IPA. It's lighter and crisper than most IPAs. It might be a gateway IPA.

Poured a cloudy, straw gold body with minimal head and lace ring down glass. Earthy, dry, citric hop aroma. The beer is clean, light, herbal, citric bitterness, smooth, easy to drink, with some nominal sweetness and a crisp, clean finish. Some residual grapefruit sweetness that gives some balance.

6.3% IPA with Medusa and Idaho 7, best by 1/17/18.
Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with one finger of soapy white head, spray of lace trailing. Smell: spicy, lemon peel, grapefruit, papaya-ish, peach, background pils and white bread. Taste: grapefruit, pineapple, spicy, bitter orange, peach, white grape, crusty bread. Cool to see more commercial use of neomexicanus.
