Part of our Alpha Hunt IPA Series and the on going discovery of new hops, Pax Odeon is an IPA featuring Loral, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Sabro hops. Bold citrus, mango, and passionfruit notes stand out in this deceptively easy drinking higher ABV IPA.

Perfectly crystal clear. Excellent head retention.
Very fruity nose. Mango, papaya, coconut, banana.
Bright and juicy on the palate; sweet strong malt base, but balanced with strong bitterness. Fairly strong dankness on the back half. Crisp and lively; a touch syrupy.

Poured an orange-gold body with minimal head and lace patches. The aroma has both floral/citric hops and notes of tropical fruits. Smooth, light, tropical fruit punch like floral hoppiness with clean finish in a light to medium body. Easy drinking, slightly sweet not too bitter IPA which is easy to drink.
