Our first rendition of Hop Quest packs an intensely dank aroma. Notes of ripe pineapple and mango support this dank bomb. Subtle apricot notes finish out the aroma on this hazy IPA.

1/31/25 - 4-pak of pint cans - hazy pale gold, looks a little bit like orange juice, read recedes immediately. Flavor is mild , pleasant; good mouthfeel. Looks good. feels good, tastes not bad

Appearance: Arrives a suitably cloudy orange color with a one finger meringue of a head; retention is acceptable but it fades to a collar leaving a few shards behind
Smell: Papaya and mango provide a tropical direction with a pithy orange rind aspect completing the package
Taste: Papaya and mango forward with a touch of apricot underneath; orange pith emerges adding a moderate level of bitterness to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation; slightly boozy
Overall: Not quite as juicy as expected but I like the level of bitterness
