Consumed on premises at Coppertail Brewing in Tampa.
A: Clear amber hue with 2-finger off-white foamy head with good retention and subtle lacing.
S: Aroma is toasty malt and very light herbal noble hop notes
T: Flavor is on target for an excellent version of the Vienna lager style. Assertive toasted and pils malt breadiness with slight dash of noble hops herbal-floral character. Clean without esters and low bitterness. It finishes with light honey note and more toasted malt flavors.
M: Super-drinkable with light body and dry finish.
O: Excellent example of the Vienna lager style with plenty of toasty malt flavors to satisfy any lager lover.

Poured a seethru copper body with two-finger offwhite head with lace sheath down the glass. The aroma is musty, earthy, springlike, with an almost dirty and grassy hoppiness. Light body, has a pils malt sweetness underneath a grassy, earthy hoppiness that is smooth, and beer has low-key bitterness and finished a little sweet.
