Poured a dense, copper body with minimal head and a mild, slightly smoked aroma. Not nearly as meaty or smoky as a German beer (bier) of this style, but still has a slight “jerky” dry taste with good caramel maltiness for a balanced beer that is dry, a little smoky, and somewhat sticky and sweet on finish.
