Swearing Sailor Saison is an excellent example of what a summer saison should be. This French inspired ale is a collaboration of torrified wheat with pilsen, Vienna, and Munich malts. For a spicy edge, we mash in a bit a rye. Sweet orange peel and coriander provide many facets to this ale’s flavor spectrum. Hopped with variety of European hops and fermented with French yeasts, this beer is unique, refreshing, and flavorful.
