Pours a slightly hazy ruby amber hue with a large off white head, some lacing. Aroma is of caramel malt, toasted grains and mild fruity notes. Taste same as aroma with a bit of tart and quite bitter flavor. Palate is a medium body, crisp with good carbonation. Finishes with caramel malt, toasted grains, mild fruity notes, yeast with some tart flavor from the bottle fermentation I guess and hops bitterness on the end. Seems a bit on the bitter side. Overall an ok drinking brew.

This is a bad stab at an EPA,the pour is decent with a deep copper color and lacey white head.Aromas have a sourness that's not good to go along with big brown sugar-like sweetness. No hops on the palate with that annoying sourness, finish pretty sweet. This is a big clunker, half a bottle drain pour.

One of the beers i got from a trade i did involving mystery beers. Thanks man awesome pick!
Ive never had an infected beer so the best thing to come out of this is that i got to try one and pick up on the signs of infection.
The pour was immediate head which covered more than 3/4 of the glass. super yeasty looking. Picked up the rotten vegatables, sour green apples, iron, very yeasty smelling. The taste was the same with a very metalic and sour taste. No sign of an APA.
Great learning experience but hands down the worst beer I've ever had in my life. First one where i basically did it for scientific purposes and took no more than 3 sips.
Avoid at all costs
