Summer Saison, brewed with Pilsner malt, coriander, black peppercorns, Grains of Paradise, and freshly harvested spruce tips. Light and refreshing, with a gentle spiced finish. And the name - a tribute to the Philly DIY ethos of renting a dumpster, filling with water, and gathering friends and family together on the street for a summer swim.

Pours a slightly cloudy, amber color with visible carbonation. A fingernail length head retains well.
A wide display of aromas range from fruity and floral, citrusy, lightly tart and peppery spices. Notes of sweet cracker and honey malts, lemon, tangerine, peach and pear. Aromas of peppercorn and coriander give off some spice, while the spruce
Opens sweet with notes of dry cracker and clean bready malts, honey and biscuit. Well spiced with notes of grass, mint, tea leaves and peppery spices. The spicy additions in particular-notably peppercorn and coriander- add a touch of heat that suddenly hits the palate further into the drink. Additional tasting notes include, lemon, grass, pear, melon and bubblegum.
Medium bodied with a semi smooth and slightly slick (from the spice oils) mouthfeel. The finish is dry and packs a little bit of heat. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
Interesting Farmhouse Ale. The spices added a nice touch without overpowering the base style with too much heat. I would have again.

A: The beer is hazy dark golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of coriander and Grains of Paradise are present in the nose along with hints of spruce tips.
T: The taste follows the smell and has underlying notes of yeast.
M: It feels a bit shy of being medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This saison feels a touch heavier in body compared to other beers in the style and lacks dryness in the finish, but is still very pleasant to drink and has an interesting mix of aromas and flavors.
