Nearly opaque burgundy with a short white head dying to a thin chain.
Far more basic than it looks, it translates as tart, lightly lactic lemon with biscuity cracker. As it warms it gets a little more tart, and also grapey.
The hibiscus might reduce the sweetness a hair, but the fairly malty base overall does not allow much room for it to break through and contribute much.
The medium body has a firm fizz and finishes semi-dry.
