A traditional wheat beer from northern Germany that features a light lactic sourness, a light body, and some funk from a Brettanomyces yeast. An easy drinking, summer beer.

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with just a minuscule ring of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with faint hints of funk.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is rather sour and has notes of lactic acid.
M: It feels light-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a low amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer reminds me a lot like Peekskill's Simple Sour. It's not overly complex but is pleasant and refreshing.

Thin... Even for the style. Just, watery.
Nice nose with lots of funk. Grass, hay, barnyard, and a lambs wool or musk Aroma.
Taste is watery, but tart, with green apple, a light wheat flour ending.
Not a huge fan.
