A solid example of a farmhouse ale. Not anything that will just blow your mind, but everything the style should showcase and be. Easily drinkable and a nice representation of the style.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden with thick fluffy white head, slowly fades to thin layer. Light grainy aroma, spicy yeast. Same flavor, toasty flavor with spice n a tough of funk. Ok saison, thin to medium soft mouthfeel.

Mississippi Blues Trail has a thin, white head, a hazy, golden appearance, lots of tight bubble streams, and minimal lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of "horse blanket" and spiced, light bread. Taste is the same, with practically no bitterness. Mouthfeel is thin, and Mississippi Blues Trail Farmhouse Ale finishes crisp and very easy drinking.
