Served in a snifter at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a copper orange color with some clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Frothy lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Brett, funky, barnyard, vanilla, banana, mango, apple, citrus, oak, bready, and pale malts.
Taste: Have to admit that there is a nice blend of above aromas. Chewy, tart, bitterness, funky, and sour notes in there too.
Mouthfeel: Tart, funky, medium bodied, a little dry, chewy, bitterness, medium tohigh carbonation, and a little dry.
Overall: I like how much that this beer is growing on me. Definitely grabbing another glass and hoping this log lasts a few more days.
