375ml bottle.
Pours ruby-ish with a dense head of white. Solid sheets of lacing with a persistent foam cap for the duration of the glass. Winey and fruity in the nose. Tart with dark fruit skin. Medium bodied with a pillowy, lush mouthfeel. Ripe fruit leaning to blueberries with undertones of red wine and acid. Finishes with lingering soured fruit and hints of blueberries.
Nice beer. The acid and sour level are authentic with zero vinegar. The blueberries are subdued but otherwise quite enjoyable.

Great pink color, medium carb. More fresh blueberry flavor than acidity. You get some red wine tartness on the finish but it's a nicely balanced interpretation of a fruited sour. The BA gives it a bit more body and diversity. Love it, nice work.
