Served in my Duvel goblet. Was a really solid sour. One of the better ive had lately. The look and smell were typical of the sours with a little of the barrel aging coming through on the nose. he taste however was really nice..like I said probably the best one(sour) ive had in maybe 2 years or so. Their current Sours at their brewery are seemingly all laced with some kind of Peppers sour+hot I guess was what they are going for, if this is your thing youd love them..however its not mine...I kept telling myself if this didnt have the peppers in it it would be awesome. I tried them all and couldnt even finish the flight I bought..just TOO much pepper... I wish they had had this Alloy on tap id have gotten that and loved it!!
