Poured into a 13 oz Alchemy Teku glass canned on 9/10. Pours a slightly cloudy orange amber with a 2 finger sticky off white head that leaves big chunks of lace behind as it slowly settles. 4
Smell is biscuit, tangerine, pine resin, apricot, and some grapefruit rind and maybe some toffee. 3.5
Taste follows but actually some pine and grapefruit bitterness to go along with the tangerine, toffee, and apricot. 3.75
Mouthfeel is big, plenty of life, a tad dry, and drinks easy enough at 7%. 4
Overall this is more old school and that isn’t terrible I just have been hooked on NEIPAs as many and not what I was expecting. 3.75

Look- a cloudy copper with a nice thick head and thick sticky lacing
Smell- malty bready grapefruit
Taste- cracker bready malt grapefruit
Feel- nice thin silky feel with a dry hoppy finish
Overall this is a good ipa. More malty than hoppy. Still good.
