Fulmination is our take on a hazy, juicy, New England style India Pale Ale. As the name suggests, it is a violent explosion of hop aromas hitting your nose from the glass. The aroma is an intense mixture of pineapple, lemon, melon, grapefruit, berry, and pine. Fulmination is brewed with an English base malt and oats to give a smooth body with rich yellow appearance. It is then generously hopped in the whirlpool and dry hopped at 3 different points throughout fermentation with Lemondrop, El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we've enjoyed crafting it. Cheers!

[IMG] Poured into a 16 oz Hop Slam Snulip canned on 3/12/19. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a finger plus white head that leaves thin lines of lace. 4
Smell is apricot, mellon, pear, and a little grapefruit rind. 3.75
Taste follows apricot, mellon, orange, pear, and a little hit of grapefruit bitterness. 3.75
Mouthfeel is about medium, not as soft on the palate as I would like, a tad dry, and at 7% ABV goes down easy enough with a good amount of flavor. 3.75
Overall this one is just ok, I keep hoping this brewery will dazzle someday and sadly it hasn’t happen. 3.75
