Brewed for 't Vijgeblad a beerpub in Beringe and sampled there 25-09-05. Not that much of a head and a amberbrown beer that has lots but fine haze. Nose is bilberry that's well fermented together with good( partly amber) malts. With that just litle green hops in the back and slight sweetness probably from the berrynose but overal fine. Taste has also lots of bilberry( heard it's 10% of the content) but also good malts and overal more to the dry side. With that a low dosed but fitting bitterness for the beertype, Hooray finaly a fruitbeer that i really can enjoy. Good carbonation gives it with the full taste a good mouthfeel. Yes this is a well drinkable fruitbeer that I could drink more of then the 2 I enjoyed that afternoon.
