The appearance was a soft muddy brown color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white foamy film of a head. No lace. The aroma had some burnt toast, sweet cracker, light milk chocolate, some cinnamon and ends with some light vanilla. The flavor was mainly sweet as the burnt toast portion doesn’t necessarily taste burnt and more like toast. Mild aftertaste of the toast and sweet cracker. Sly malty sweet finish. The feel was about medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. ABV felt good and the carbonation felt fine. Fairly smooth along my tongue. Overall, pretty good brown ale, didn’t necessarily seem like "graham cracker," maybe perhaps it did, or not.
