First time visit for Alewife and me to Brewster River on 26JUL20. I had a pint of this to lead off.
It was a clear, bright, medium golden color. Had light carbo and a 1/4" creamy, white head, with OK lacing. Nose was mild, with citrus trying to make an appearance. Did get some grapefruit and rindy action. Had a decent feel, with a medium body and light prickle.
Taste had light crackery sweetness, with more pithy grapefruit. A bit of lemongrass and mango also showed up. Not bursting with flavor, but still refreshing on a muggy summer day. Prosit!
