Trappist inspired Triple of a different sort of brewed with Blue Agave syrup and Prickly Pear puree aged on Tequila infused Oak. Using Agave syrup and Prickly Pear puree instead of the traditional candy syrup turns this into a Southwestern inspired ale that will age for up to three years. We've imagined 17th Century Spanish monks building a brewery in what would become Mexico and these monks brewed Trappist styles beers with indigenous ingredients.
