Two cans one into a becher pint glass and the other into a tulip. No changes between the two.
The appearance was a dark milky yellow color with a sheet of white foamy head sliding off at a decent pace. Slight lace ran here and there.
The aroma had some sweet strawberry up front underscored by some grassy hops and a touch of wildberries.
The flavor had a wonderful blend of sweet strawberries to grassy hop notes with a touch of bitterness making a decent effort to balance. Sly aftertaste of strawberries, lemon and grassy hop bitterness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality rolling about. Carbonation felt nice and low as expected. Good ABV. Nice finish balanced between berry sweetness and a touch of lemon.
Overall, very nicely done New England styled DIPA. I'd definitely have again.
