On tap at the brewery. This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a beautiful semi-dark pink color with a quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head. Sly sticky ringed lace. The aroma starts off with sweet sticky passion fruit, up front and bold and then the prickly pear. Then some notes of freshly cut grass, lemon pulpy to juicy sweet to bitter. Light strawberries at the end. The flavor yields to the passion fruit sweetness initially. Crisp balanced citrus to the passion fruit and prickly pear, sly bitterness. Dry sticky fruity aftertaste comes across very nice punching a quick sweet to bitter finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. Bitterness hits like a good AIPA. Overall, nicely done AIPA with some BBC creativity.

pours out an awesome pink-ruby, minimal head.
aromas of grapefruit, berries, passionfruit, tang, very mild gummy sweetness. palate brings a lot more complexity, definitely still has grapefruit, pithy citric notes, passionfruit, as well as nectarines, some peppery spice, herbal green note, slightly floral, lemon, lime, a dash of tarte and a very subdued bitterness as well. everything comes together pretty nicely on this one, very interesting brew!

Amazing looking beer...awesome color!
Very pleasant hoppy aroma, but not overly assertive in terms of intensity.
Taste matches the nose with tasty hoppy flavor profile, but has an additional, and somewhat overwhelming sour punch that is somewhat off putting.
Overall: Tasty and awesome looking, but too sour for my taste.

Poured into a 16 oz Flying Dog tulip glass canned on 1/11/ 17. Pours a very bright watermelon, with a two plus finger sticky white head that leaves patches of lace behind.
Smell is passion fruit, a little pear, guava, pine, and grapefruit rind.
Taste follows passion fruit, guava, pear, mango, pine resin, and a healthy dose of grapefruit in finish.
Mouthfeel is a little bigger than medium, plenty of prickly carbonation, not really dry, and drinks very easily at 7% ABV.
Overall this is a very solid beer, interesting to look at because it looks so fruity, but a solid IPA that doesn't allow the fruit juice to over power it.
