Love the name. No can date
Pours a med large frothy foamy 1.5 finger head with med retention, mild soapy lacing, hazy apricot orange yellow color
Nose starts with sourness, tart citrus, lemon lime, light doughy creamy malt and wheat, little stone fruit
Taste brings fair tartness up front with a big creamy doughy malt wheat base, creamy lacto, fair citrus, lemon lime with a bit of tropical sweet key lime, light stone fruit possibly kumquat but almost like apricot juice, hint of salt on the back end, mild flemmy tart finish
Mouth is med bod, soft and quite creamy, juicy, med lighter frothy carb
Overall not bad, decent base gose, fruit comes through, very juicy with enough tartness

16 ounce can in a long tall tapered pilsner glass. It's been in the beer fridge for about 5 months.
Slightly clouded, chill hazed pale lemon peel color. A modest white cap fades fast to a sturdy film and leaves ample lacing. Bubbly.
Lots of key lime and salt aroma with some kumquat. Margarita-like.
Kumquat flavor is stronger than its aroma. Key lime, lemon, and salt over a light malt base.
It's light, tart, salty dry. Fruity and refreshing.
12 ounces would have ben better suited to this brew, I believe. There's no doubt about the salt.

great beer, tons of tangy fruit in here, nice clean lactic ferment, and a lot of character overall, from grain and yeast and fruit all coming together, looks like they do a ton of variants on this base beer, all so interesting, i would love to get my lips on a few more of them next time! orangey in color, uniformly hazy, and with a quick settling head from the tap. the nose is amazing, tart lacto, tangy zesty fresh lime, and the piquant and acidic kumquat, certainly makes the mouth water and refreshes completely on the first sip, not too sour to drink a lot of, not too flavored to be appealing as a session beer either, and with the salt adding a nice dryness to it. i can taste the wheat malt base which is nice, i am glad they saved space for that here. i also really like the carbonation, which you cant see but can definitely appreciate in the feel. maybe a touch perfumey, especially when it warms up, but its still refreshing. some body here too, but it isnt too much. overall a nice summery drinker, one of the first sours i have had from these guys, impressive stuff, margarita-esque!
