wouldnt necessarily call this a sour but the fruity quality definitely shows through - more creamy sweetness than tart salinity but plenty of strawberry and rhubarb notes to go around. great stuff!

Poured from the can into a tulip.
Pours a hazy and light pink color with low level head.
Aromas are lots of berry and some sour yeast.
Flavors are outstanding with a perfect balance of sweet strawberry, tart rhubarb and sour yeast. Full of flavor.
Mouthfeel was great.
Overall, I love this beer.

Always love what this company is putting out. Lots of creativity! Love their Strawberry whale Cake so I went with the strawberry version of their rotating tart. Loved it! More subtle strawberry flavor than the Whale Cake and tart/sour on the back end. Tasty!

On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was milky pink color with a finger's worth of white foamy head. Softly dissipated to leave some sliding messy lace.
The aroma spoke of sweet to tart strawberries at first and firmly glided into the tart rhubarb that became more of a blend as it warmed. Light notes of citrus/lemon pulp, slight rind, grassiness round out the edges.
The flavor was a full on blend of the strawberries to rhubarb sweet to tart quality. Semi-smooth yet tart and a touch of sour yielded the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps a touch under. Good sturdy carbonation running about to face an appropriately projected ABV.
Overall, another well done crushable "fruited sour" by BBC, well worthy for Summer events.
