Served on tap at the brewery.
Pours up a beautiful and bright hazy golden sunshine. One finger of thick head.
Aromas are really nice layers of sticky sweet tropical fruit and hops.
Flavors are excellent as well, tons of fruit and hoppiness.
Mouthfeel was solid.
Overall, another excellent fruited IPA in this series.

16oz can. Pours a murky pale orange with very little head and tons of sediment floating around. Lots of lacing. The aroma is mostly juicy fruits. Tangerine, mango, papaya and lemon. The taste is slightly more tart than expected. Lemon, lime, tangerine and papaya. Grassy hops and lemon rind at the finish. Tart and slightly bitter finish. Medium body with low carbonation. Overall, pretty decent IPA.

Can dated 07/19/2017.
Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a nice sturdy murky pale orange color with a two finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off in a mild way.
The aroma speaks highly of the blend of papaya and yuzu sweetness to eloquently glide over some lemon rind and a grassy hop underscore.
The flavor takes all of those prior mentioned aromas to bring together sweetly with an embracing bitterness. The aftertaste was full and pronounced with the papaya and the bitterness of the lemon rind.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair carbonation, somewhat seeming like it just brushed my tongue. Do I want to say lacking? Not sure if I want to go that far, maybe. Slight stickiness but not cloying. Almost impounding the finish in the same way.
Overall, aromas and flavors are the best thing about this beer and that's very well done, but this isn't my favorite one of this series. Usually, the beers in this series are very good but to me at least, I'm hoping that BBC will tweak the feel in this beer to make it phenomenal some day.

Moderate pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over yet another hazy, cloudy body with some sticky lacing. Head is gone in couple minutes, down to a ring. With a swirl, head comes back for a few seconds with no lacing. Nose of citrus, slight tropical fruit, and slight dank pine. Very nice flavor of papaya and yuzu, nice dry finish, but that feel is lacking as the carb is replaced by: "particulate matter?" Overall, another beer with a "soft" mouthfeel that really bugs me to no end. More carb and less detritus, please. Rant over. Cheers!

pours out a hazed orange/gold color, nice bright white head with good lacing. aromas of lemon peel, grassy and floral notes, some dankness. on palate is bright lemon, not overbearingly sour but just adding a touch of tartness, pithy grapefruit, orange peel, biscuity malt, floral, papaya, peppery and some mellow pine on the finish. overall this is really sharp and bright in terms of citric character, but soft on the palate and there is so much else going on that helps bring this beer together very cohesively.
