16 ounce can in to a nonic pint glass.
Thick hazed French vanilla milkshake with a modest 1/2-finger white cap. Wisps and waves of lacing.
Citra it is, yet tempered; grapefruit, candied lemon, key lime, and straw.
More citrus hop flavors, grapefruit rind. Light pale malt.
Medium body with hop bitterness. Slightly chewy. Bitterness leads to lingering citrus hop finish.
Flavorful, bitter, manageable 5.7% abv add up nicely.

L: Hazy gold. Wonderful 1" head that lasts and provides a gorgeous lacing.
S: Mmm, the citra hops are fantastic here. Citrus (obviously), some hay. Little bit of grass too.
T: Lots of bitter hops but a bit of lemon zest too. A bit of other fruit too, but can't put my finger on it.
F: Light carbonation, but a bit of bite. A lingering aftertaste that reminds me of a double IPA.
O: I enjoy this as a single hop IPA especially compared to some other options (Simcoe or Mosaic, for instance. However, I enjoy Citra with a handful of other flavors in a mix, so I can't get as excited about this as I can other similar ABV IPAs. The mouthfeel lacks a bit of a pop, too. Overall it's worth a try if you really want to dive head-first into the Citra flavor/aromas and you'll definitely be able to pick out Citra from now on when it makes up a portion of an IPA; otherwise, it's not as good as a handful of other options from BBCo.

Served on tap that the brewery.
Pours a nice hazy medium straw color with ample bubbly head.
Aromas a little light, good levels of citrus zest and hops. Want more.
Flavors are nice here. Mellow lemon zest and some dank hops.
Mouthfeel is really nice.
Overall, nice Citra here but would prefer it ramped up even more.

Poured into a 12 oz Nordic Sixpoint glass, canned 1/12/18. Pours a very hazy yellow with a 1 inch sticky white head that leaves thin patches of lace behind.
Smell is papaya, pinapple, orange, and grapefruit rind.
Taste follows papaya, pineapple, tangerine, Blueberry, and grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is almost medium, moderate life, Juicy not dry, and drinks a little bigger than its 5.7% ABV.
Overall a very nice and sessionable single Hop NEIPA.
