Served on tap at the brewery.
Pours a nice glowing medium straw color with one finger of soapy head.
Aromas are lots of light sticky hops with decent biscuit backbone.
Flavors are nice and drinkable with mellow hoppiness, light fruit and bread.
Mouthfeel was excellent. A bit more body than I was expecting and it was welcome.
Overall, lovely showcase of Simcoe.
