Served on tap at the brewery.
Pours a beautiful ruby garnet color with minimal to no head.
Aromas are a lot of wine, yeast, mellow toffee sweetness.
Flavors are incredible. Deep complex layers of red wine, almost bourbon notes...vanilla, toffee.
Mouthfeel was solid.
Overall, I don't know if I've tasted a beer like this. The red wine aging produces something totally remarkable.
