Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a very hazy body with scant and fleeting lacing. Nose of peach cobbler with whatever spice that entails; clove, cardamom, nutmeg? Flavors of peach and dough. Lactose feel and overall, a novelty. Go try it for yourself, its peach cobbler after all.
Cheers!

Faint nose of peach, taste added a tart component. Mild flavor hit followed by growing astringent bitter note. None of the smoothness of milkshake IPAs I've come to expect. Forgettable.

On the side of the can of "08/16/18."
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a thick pale hazy tired orange color. Modest little white foamy head stifled off in a lazy manner. No lace.
The aroma had some sweet peach, cobbler-like bready to biscuity sweetness, milk sugar, and clove (and a lot of it). I didn't mind the clove but it is quite noticeable.
The flavor leans towards the the sweet blend of peach and cobbler/bready/biscuity-ness. Noticeable clove, not overbearing but noticeable. Light dose of grassiness. Mild cobbler/biscuity/bready sugared aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a sly sessionability about it. As the carbonation felt nice and low like the usual New England styled IPA. Nice finish with that cobbler-like breadiness.
Overall, this does pretty much what Burlington wanted it to be. I didn't mind the more than expected clove but I know there's a fair amount of people out there who don't like that (drinker beware!).
