Appearance: Pours the color of pink lemonade, hazy with a small mauve head; dots of lace
Smell: Cherry Starburst tones with a nod toward the Maraschino; tart wheat tones with a hint of salt
Taste: Cherry Starburst forward (more sweet than tart) with the Maraschino aspect emerging; through the middle, the tart wheat and hint of salt arrives but the finish is much like the start
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A decent drinker (and good for the hot months) but the cherry flavor is a bit of a disappointment as it is not particularly sour at all

Can to tulip.
The appearance was a ruddy semi-dark pink color with a sly finger's worth of white foamy head. Softly dissolving and left no lacing.
The aroma had a stellar rounded blend of sweet to tart to slight sour "cherry skin " sort of quality to it. With a little bit of warmth, more sweetness opens up like Maraschino cherries.
The flavor leans towards the sweet side initially but brings in a touch of sour/tart cherry skin for a light, possibly underscored sort of balance. Mild aftertaste of cherry flesh and skin.
The mouthfeel was just a touch under from being medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. No wheat harshness or salty backing shows any sort of strength whatsoever. Carbonation and ABV felt pretty close to what was projected by the brewer. Semi-sticky finish with the cherry fleshy sweetness lingering.
Overall, very nice as an American Wild ale/fruited sour. I'd have again as it is and probably would prefer in the Summer.

Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one inch white head over a dark pink body (pink lemonade!) with no lacing as head disappears rapidly. Nose of cherry and a bit of salt. Taste mirrors nose with sour cherry upfront and salt coming back for the finish. Good feel and overall a nice fruited Gose from BBCo. Cheers!
