Poured into a 16 Hop Slam Snulip glass not sure when it was canned. Pours an attractive bright pinkish purple with some white floaties and a 2 finger sticky off white head with pinkish hues, settles rather quick. 4
Smell is strawberry, vanilla, raspberry, and plum. 4
Taste follows strawberry, boysenberry, raspberry, vanilla, and a little plum. 4
Mouthfeel is about medium, plenty of life, a tad dry, and mildly bitter, but drinks very easy as it should 4.5%. 4
Overall this is a very nice and not over the top sour ale, I am not a huge fan but am enjoying this one. 4

Can dated 12/06/18.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a plum-like purple fleshy color. A small stifled white semi-foamy head started and slid off fairly quick. Some spider web lacing ran here and there.
The aroma had sweet and tart red plum fleshiness up front running through late additions of grassy hops and a light lemon juice underneath.
The flavor leans towards a fantastic blend of tart and sweet plum fleshiness. Once again, some lemon and grassiness rounds it out. Moderate aftertaste of red plum fleshiness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping to sessionable quality about it. Carbonation felt a tad lower than expected. ABV felt on par.
Overall, really wish Burlington would stop calling these "goses" because they are not. There is no 'soured' wheat or saltiness. For as good as it is - ceeative-wise, I will not be led astray from a marketing ploy by this brewery. Still, I gotta give great props on the other hand of creativity.
