Poured into a tulip. Can dated 11/16/18.
The appearance was a nice looking burnt orange color, slightly thick. Small white foamy head swiftly falling off.
The aroma has this juicy grapefruit juicy pulp. Then the salt, whoah, wait a minute, salt. Damn right Burlington, there ya go!
The flavor lends itself towards a fabulous blend of thick juicy sweet and tart grapefruity pulp with a bigger than usual saltiness than the rest of the series. Slight salty and grapefruity aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping to sessionable quality about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Grapefruity and salty finish.
Overall, now we're heading in the right direction as far as goses are concerned. Still, where's the 'soured wheat,' Burlington? I liked this one for me and definitely would consider this in warmer weather.
