Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on June 21, 2019. Experimental Hop Double IPA. I had high hopes for this, but ultimately found it to be just slightly above average.

Can dated 05/03/19.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a thick burnt orange pure hazy color. Rimmed by a level foamy white head settling off nicely. Just a little bit of concave lace.
The aroma, well, I had to let it breathe quite a bit before I could truly get what's going on. It first started off extremely grassy as if grass shreds were stuck up my nose. But with a little bit of warming, soft danky sweet onion came out with some berries, can't really tell fully which kind of berries, maybe wildberries, blueberries, blackberries - a real meshing between the three.
The flavor yields to the danky sweetness of some onion and grass. Light amounts of garlic started coming out the more I sipped. Mild cream, danky onion, grassy hops and garlic in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied. Soft sipper for sure as it strolls over my tongue. Expected low carbonation for the style came across. ABV felt appropriate. Ever so slight hop burn. Semi-dry with a smirky smooth grip in the finish, sly berry and garlic touches.
Overall, pretty damn good DIPA, a bit different for me but yes, I would come back to this.
